If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to return or exchange items under specific conditions. 1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  • The product must be purchased directly from Pyrra (pyrra.site).
  • You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@pyrra.site within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Send the package to the provided return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a return or refund, including:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized products

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive your returned item. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

7. Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees for returns or exchanges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective products or incorrect orders.
